ABOUT US

WELCOME

RemoteBridge helps HR and TA leaders connect remote teams using immersive 3D (i.e. avatars running around a virtual world) and all without goggles or downloads. While we’re building a great business, we’re most excited to be bringing joy into the world, one backflip at a time.

In a world swiftly adapting to remote work, RemoteBridge is redefining employee engagement. During the pandemic, we all identified the limits of existing tools as 'Zoom fatigue' set in. Soon, cameras were turned off, focus waned, and multitasking during meetings became the norm. Recognizing this void, RemoteBridge was launched not just as another tool, but as a team-building experience for genuine connection and, yes, even joy.  Clearly, there was a need: 19 of the Fortune 100 are already paying clients, including Google, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Amazon, and FedEx.

Soon, companies approached RemoteBridge to see if we could improve their onboarding experience.  As one of our clients said, “If you don’t get onboarding right, you have disengaged employees who leave. Or disengaged employees who stay. Either way is a disaster." Unlike other HR tech vendors who view onboarding as a compliance task, RemoteBridge takes a radically different approach that focuses on culture, especially in the first 90 days. RemoteBridge’s connective experience isn’t about new hires filling out forms - it’s about integrating new colleagues into the company's mission, culture, and values. The result? Higher retention rates, quicker time to proficiency, and a noticeably happier workforce.

RemoteBridge is also taking a lead in redefining recruiting. Currently, most companies simply drive early-to-mid career candidates to a career site with stock photos and endless forms.  Even if the filtering and early communication increasingly is done by AI, at some point candidates have to get a sense of the people and culture of the future employer.  This is where RemoteBridge comes in. From large companies like Hilton to small retail chains like Gail’s Bakery, RemoteBridge helps show prospective candidates that our clients are fun, tech-forward places to work. And that’s very difficult to do in Zoom, especially at scale.

In essence, RemoteBridge is not merely keeping pace with the industry; we're setting the tempo for its future. By moving beyond the transactional aspects of work and focusing on the human elements of connection, culture, and joy, we're shaping a new paradigm for what remote work can and should be. It's an exciting journey and we’re thrilled to be taking a leadership role.

OUR STORY

AWARD-WINNING SAAS PLATFORM

VIRTUAL RECRUITING

Through RemoteBridge two-hour recruiting events, candidates can participate in Q&A sessions, network with peers, win prizes, and experience the company culture. As one candidate remarked, "To be honest, I wasn’t that interested in the position and hadn’t heard of the company, but I was curious how this would work, so I came. And now that I’ve listened to their pitch, I think I will apply.” "

The result: 88% of candidates report a better understanding and appreciation of a client’s corporate culture and brand, and an average of 12% receive job offers.

VIRTUAL ONBOARDING

Traditional onboarding often involves solitary activities like watching videos and doing quizzes at home. RemoteBridge revolutionizes this process by enabling new hires to engage more meaningfully, absorb information effectively, and connect with their team in novel ways. As George LaRocque, founder and Principal Analyst of WorkTech and chair of the HR Technology Conference’s Innovation Summit, said, “RemoteBridge Onboarding represents a step toward that new way of thinking, with clear benefits for the employee and employee and an element of fun that we haven’t seen before.”

Our metrics support that sentiment:

  • 85% of employees who reboarded with RemoteBridge say they would have been more excited to work for their current company if the original onboarding had occurred with RemoteBridge.

  • 75% of employees say they retained more information than traditional delivery channels.

VIRTUAL TEAM BUILDING

RemoteBridge takes virtual team building to a new level, allowing team members to engage in activities that go far beyond what's possible on a standard video call. From scavenger hunts and boat races to Wizard Battle drawing games and an innovative "Last Avatar Standing," RemoteBridge’s host-led events create opportunities for ‘structured serendipity’ - moments of whimsy, creativity, and surprise that bring people and organizations together. As one participant aptly noted, "You can wear a funny hat in Zoom but you’re still in Zoom.”

In fact, 82% of our clients have returned for at least one additional team-building event. Some, like Intel, have returned dozens of times.

In summary, RemoteBridge is redefining the way businesses engage with both prospective and current employees in the remote work era. With its 3D platform, it offers a holistic solution that enriches the recruiting process, transforms onboarding, and reinvigorates the team.
